The hotel could benefit from some renovations, as some areas, like the carpet, appear outdated and in need of replacement.

Close to clubs n pubs even with closed window I'm still able to hear loud music. Just next to the Subway. Very close to bars and restaurants.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the modern and clean rooms, with comfortable beds and cozy down comforters. The location was superb, right in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. We also appreciated the complimentary access to the well-equipped fitness center, where we could work out and stay active.

Despite informing the front desk, the issue was not resolved, and we had to constantly reconnect.

The hotel was in a great location, right next to a subway station and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. I also appreciated the fact that towels, toiletries, and complimentary water and teas/coffee/ice were included in the price. The hotel had a modern and clean feel to it. the fitness center and sauna were available to use free of charge.

The swimming pool was not available and I was not informed about this in advance. The breakfast was decent but lacked variety.

I was kinda surprised with the convenient location of the hotel, as Itaewon Subway station is right outside. Exploring Seoul was easy! Despite the slight noise from the street, the larger room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was quite good, and I would definitely consider staying at Hamilton Hotel again on my next visit to Seoul. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable rooms.
